This Rare Vintage IXL United States Senate Knife with Sterling Scales is in Excellent Factory Sharpened Condition measuring 3 1/16" not including bail. Snap is great with no wobble on both blades. The knife does have light handling/storage wear including blade rub scratches and cloudy spots where it says US Senate.
