When we decided to explore designs for a multi-purpose fixed blade field knife that would be suitable for military use, we kept coming back to our classic AK-47 design. Designed by Andrew Demko, the AK-47 Field Knife is enormously sturdy. Expertly crafted from CPM3-V steel, the AK-47 Field Knife with a stonewashed finish from the tip of its beefy saber ground clip point blade through its full tang and integral steel pommel ensuring and hard wearing, super tough finish. To disassemble the Goken when the knife is in the closed position, push the front release lever away from the blade, then spin the turn release wheel on the rear of the handle away from the pivot shaft—once you feel the handle release, pull it up and away from the blade.

If you wash the knife, do so in warm soapy water. Therefore, do not soak knife in water. Wipe excess oil or wax before placing in the leather. Due to our Knives being fully handmade, specs will vary slightly from Knife to Knife.
