Most likely a WWII era military contract «Engineer’s» knife. MADE IN USA tang stamp – made by Imperial Knife Co, circa 1930’s to 1940’s. Four-blade “Scout Utility Knife” pattern, 3-3/4” closed (plus bail).

This Vintage Imperial 4-blade Boy Scout pocket knife is in very good condition. All blades open with a healthy snap and close back firmlyl. The grips are made of celluloid and the BSA logo is «carved» into the celluloid. Collectible and very usable!
